Matt: Hey Dad, I never get to sing in the Glee club, so can I transfer to a different school and never speak to my friend Mike ever again?
Mr. Rutherford: Sure, son.
Blaine: Hey Dad, I know you spend a lot of money to send me to Dalton so I'm safe from bullying and get a great education but I really want to transfer to my boyfriend's public school that he had to run away from for a while because he was being bullied so badly because he's gay.
Mr. Anderson: I am totally in favor of this.
Dave: Hey Dad, I need to transfer to a different high school. For reasons.
Mr. Karofsky: Okay, I don't need any sort of reasonable explanation.
Sebastian: Hey Dad, I need to transfer to a homophobic public school so I can have sex with this guy I barely know who already has a boyfriend and probably dump him twenty minutes later.

Sam: Hey Dad, I know you didn't have a job and we were poor as hell in Lima, but I really think we should go back so I can get back with that girl I dated for like a month.
